  Absolutely love this place. I've gone to two other mobile home places and the service here blows them out of the water. 1st place gave little to no information and I was done with my "appointment" in less than 15 minutes and that includes walk through. 2nd place the prices were outrageous just starting out without land and the service was lacking but I'll give the only person who seemed to be there the benefit of the doubt because he did seem extremely tired. This place.... I stopped in and I am glad I did. Being a walk in I was afraid I'd get small tidbits of info and pushed out the door. Instead Rick Garland showed me the units on lot and walked me through them all the way, no rush and answering any questions along the way. He also didn't seem to mind I brought my toddler son with me. After giving me floor plans I told him I'd be back with my husband on Saturday 8/26 and when we came in on Saturday, Rick was already busy. We told him we had no issue waiting while he was with his current clients. He did what he needed to do, got to us and helped us. Rick really is amazing! Professional, courteous, welcoming, kind and plays no games. Couldn't ask for a better person to help us on our new adventure of buying a home.
