  I would highly recommend not sending your child to this facility. The biting of other children is out of control. My son got bit five times in two weeks, four of the times it was reported to me, the fifth was not. He was bitten so hard to the point of drawing blood. The fifth time he was bit he started crying and his teacher snatched him up and shoved him in a time out chair repeatedly. The police were called by my sons father and there is an on-going investigation. At the same time my child was being shoved in a chair the child that bit him was being shaken violently by his arm. All of this was caught on video. The manager and owners response? That was procedure and my son is a trouble maker. If you do decide to still take your child here. Please watch video if you are having a concern. That's what we did and that is what we saw and that was only ten minutes into the day. Very sad and disturbing.
