  I have been to other glass Dr. And. She really cares about your eyes and the staff there are just the nicest people you ever wanna do bussiness with and. I love the office manager makes sure you are 110 % happy with your glasses she is a real sweetheart. !

  Dr. Margaret Allen and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable but be warned they will try to up sell every product and service they have. Also, I don't know if they were just over booked when i went in but I was rushed from one examination room to the other and sat with three different people and a lot of the "recommended" upgrades were not explained to me.
  
  Oddly, when I went to pick up my glass there was only one person fitting the glasses and I was told it would be 30 minutes. My question, where's the staff now that they made the sale? In the end I ended up paying over $450.00 (not including the $250 my insurance paid) for glasses I can barely use. Seems that they only care about the up sale. I will not be going back.
